Yes they did give it all back and i hope others see this thread and mail the relevent casino and get just as positive news as i did with little effort. I thought they would have given it all back – normally their first position is to chance their arm and say no/not mention , second time they’re more amenable. Anyway I’ve just checked and rest of the money is in the bank already within 8 hours of clicking withdraw Did that include the 450 in deposits? Ive duly logged in and done the withdrawal. Next question is why then did they close the account?

I finally felt I had gotten my addiction under control with help of gamstop and was obviously confident that would be an end to my gambling as I only gambled online and I was now excluded. @DMRHave you opened a complaint using the AGCCS in regards to your account and the deposits made? @DMRHave you opened a complaint using the AGCCS in regards to your account and the deposits made? Not only that but they are accepting customers from the UK that are registered with GamStop, which isn’t uprising as these are the ones they are targeting specifically. Rock solid proof as requested that MyStake are illegally accepting customers form the UK. So you think that MyStake are paying loads of websites to advertise them to UK customers and in particular ones registered with GamStop but then they chose not to allow them to open accounts?
- Kindly asking you again to explain here or pitch me a PM with as many details you can find yourself re this issue and believe me, we’ll review and act accordingly asap.
- I have also sent a copy of my bank statement which show the deposits made to MyStake.
- Hmm, not quite sure what’s the issue here so pls, feel free to PM me and clarify the Operator and the relevant issues you are referring to.
- Hi i have a slightly similiar issue,
- Is your account still open and have you attempted to claim your deposits back?
- If the issue is re GS then there is scope to get the UKGC involved.
You stated that we are giving this casinos a glowing report and I quote …. If they are – our other admin members has already agreed to investigate this serious matter so we will wait for your proof in the meantime. I asked you for proof that they are seeing UK players to register there so we can investigate this. Google “mystake non-gamstop” and you will get all the evidence you require (there are 10 different websites on the first google page and I’ve no need to venture any further). They are specifically targeting UK customers registered with GAMSTOP, who you provide a link to on your homepage. The fact that casino is prepared to do business with such affiliates, like non-gamstop, is telling itself
Last week i opened an account with Redbet and deposited £500, i lost £450 and left £50 in the account to play later Hi i have a slightly similiar issue, First of all, really sorry about your gambling problems. I think I have a strong case and am hopeful I can get my deposits back and put this whole sorry mess behind me.
I had a chat with support last night and refused to tell me they didn’t accept accept players from the UK so this will most certainly be sent on to investigate. I have also sent a copy of my bank statement which show the deposits made to MyStake. UK members are restricted from registering at this casino at AskGamblers.

I do believe their systems should be able to detect a self excluded account in their group much sooner than me depositing a larger sum. Also, if you don’t have a gambling problem it’s probably best to use the close account option, not the SE one. UKGC have stopped short of saying ‘refund their deposits’, though it is inferred from the last sentence. It is not sufficient merely to prevent an individual from withdrawing funds from their customer account whilst still accepting wagers from them.

I have no problem with people who want to play abroad to avoid UKGC issue, their risk and all that, but the fact you rate some of these who actively boast about Non Gamstop totally undermines the ratings here. Unfortunately, Bodog has been blacklisted here long time ago for a good reason, however, you can still AGCCS against them if the issue is still ongoing. You can contact gambling companies you have accounts with directly to arrange the return of funds.
What happens after I have registered with Gamstop Online?
They have been accepting deposits and paying out winnings for 3 months but when the amount is more significant they close the account ? This account has been opened for 4 months they have allowed deposits and paid out multiple times in various amounts . The casino in question is a participating company with gamstop and they are regulated in the uk and are registered with the gambling commission. I understand I have a responsibility but I am a gambling addict and I would never have even tried to log into a casino account had I not be prompted by your email. I would like to point out that I did not try to open a new account with the casino in question I simply was able to log into my previous account with them with the same account that was in-fact blocked due to self exclusion for 7 months. As a gambling addict I of course then went to my casino account and was shocked to see that not only did it let me log in but also let me deposit funds.

Nor will the UKGC listen to individual complaints about SE (Odd, given they like to publicise the fines). Over the space of 11 days I deposited a large some of money from my credit cards and gambled the lot. I agree that my contact data may be used to keep me informed about casino and sports betting products, services, and offerings.
I have emailed the casino and have made a complaint asking for an explanation as to why this has happened. All my information with gamstop and with the casino is the same except for my mobile number which actually changed about 2 years ago but I must not have updated it with the casino. Do they begrudge paying the money or do they think that they wouldn’t pass the due diligence. Bearing in mind that after the second rejection I was informed that I could send another complaint with ALL evidence attached which I complied with. The reason given for the 3rd rejection was apparently because it was part of multiple complaints. To be fair, i’ve not disappeared from gambling, well not all, but i’ve grown increasingly disillusioned with it.

Thanks i have just emailed Redbet , kindly asking for a refund of the other amount due, You may have a few exchanges with them over this but, in the main, they seen to refund. But yes, they should have not allowed you to open an account with RB – though it’s phrased in the LCCP as ‘reasonable steps’. Last week i opened an account with Redbet and deposited £500, i Lost £450 and left £50 in the account to Play later
Absolutely agree, but the first time either me or Valdes had even heard of this was when you mentioned it and then you disappeared. No need for proof as well – quite easy to see they have a business relationship with that particular website – in fact, anyone on that site should be blacklisted. Even after explaining the whole situation to them and sending them my GamStop registration they have STILL left my account opened. I have attempted to claim back my deposits but MyStake sent me a copy and past reply which says according to them my request is groundless.
Kindly asking you again to explain here or pitch me a PM with as many details you can find yourself re this issue and believe me, we’ll review and act accordingly asap. You probably noticed I’m quite busy lately and have less and less time for the forum, that’s why asked for your assistance with this one cause I literally don’t have the time to investigate it myself. They wouldn’t even refund my one $25 max bet (happened out of the blue) when I was playing with minimum bets ALL THE TIME! Hmm, not quite sure what’s the issue here so pls, feel free to PM me and clarify the Operator and the relevant issues you are referring to. Sorry mate, but that is an unjustifiable position in being an affiliate with them, showing i guess, that money talks
If you require any further “rock solid” proof to back up what I have informed you of then just ask and I’ll be more than happy to provide it for you. If you are asking for proof that they are not signed up to GamStop or licensed by the UK Gambling Commission then go to casino not on gamstop either of these organisations websites and you will see they aren’t. It’s not really difficult to find the proof. First, either I or Guru had heard of this, so I guess it’s easy to throw out accusations although we’ve not received even a reply or PM with proof to investigate, They are not licenced by the UK Gambling Commission, nor or they signed up to GAMSTOP so are therefore illegally transacting with any UK customers. I think it’s fairly obvious what the issue is here.
